Yellowjacket is a character appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He is primarily portrayed as the antagonist in the film Ant-Man.

In Ant-Man, Yellowjacket is the alter ego of Darren Cross, played by actor Corey Stoll. Cross was a protégé of Hank Pym, who developed similar shrinking technology but with a more militaristic and unstable application. Obsessed with perfecting Pym's work, Cross creates the Yellowjacket suit.

The Yellowjacket suit gives Cross enhanced strength, agility, and the ability to fire powerful energy blasts. However, the suit's technology negatively affects his mental state, leading to increasingly erratic and violent behavior. This culminates in a confrontation with Scott Lang (Ant-Man) to prevent Cross from selling the Yellowjacket technology to Hydra.
